Umbridge is the secondary antagonist of the fifth novel of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix and has been stationed at Hogwarts by the Ministry of Magic to take power away from Harry Potter and Albus Dumbledore, who have both been informing the Wizarding World of Lord Voldemort's return.ĭuring her time at Hogwarts, Umbridge grows in power and is appointed High Inquisitor by the Minister of Magic in an attempt to control the school. Maybe a young wizard who’s parents initiated the animagus on their child for some reason unknown by us.Įndless ideas for a new series there imo.A costume designed by Jany Temime and worn by Imelda Staunton while playing Dolores Umbridge.ĭolores Jane Umbridge is a fictional character from the Harry Potter series created by J.K. Imagine a dragon walking towards the sorting hat lol. ![]() Almost like how harry was wildly famous for surviving the killing curse. Imagine a wizard who was known around the world for being able to turn into some fantastic magical creature like a dragon. Of course animagus is rare itself so some sort of spectacular transformation is probably only happening once every few hundred if not thousands of years.Ī series based on a witch or wizard with an extremely rare animagus would be amazing imo. Other wizards killed by Voldemort were loved by family too. I think anything is possible with magic however the truly amazing results are very rare. Or even one day a wizard figured out how to manipulate the outcome of animagus. Imagine some sort of magic where something like a dragon left a piece of themselves on a wizard and then the wizard became an animagus. When Voldemort attacked harry he left a piece of himself with him. I’m sure somewhere out there throughout all of time there must’ve been wizards with strong ties to magical creatures who would be able to become an animagus of that creature maybe. Every example has been a somewhat normal animal. I don’t see why not, anything regarding magic is possible.
